Biography
Erick is a results-driven Enterprise Development expert with extensive experience in Business Development Services (BDS). He specializes in training and capacity building, mentorship and coaching, access to finance, market systems development, innovation management, and partnership development. His expertise spans strategy development, agribusiness management, business modeling and planning, financial management, marketing planning, investor readiness, governance, and compliance. Erick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, and is a Certified Trainer in Start and Improve Your Business (ILO/SIYB) by the International Labour Organization (ILO).
