Emmanuel Nabwana Shikuku is an ICT professional, software developer, and technology enthusiast focused on building practical solutions to real-world problems. His experience spans 5 years of software development, networking, systems administration, infrastructure, cloud technologies, and digital product development, giving him a broad understanding of technology beyond just writing code. He is highly adaptable and quick to learn new technologies, allowing him to work across different technical environments and continuously evolve with the industry. As ICT Officer under TAGDev 2.0, he approaches technology with a problem solving mindset, combining technical knowledge, creativity, and an understanding of business needs to design, build, and deploy solutions that are reliable, scalable, and genuinely useful.
