Mary Obiero is a gender specialist and a youth empowerment advocate. She has experience working with young women, and girls, offering reproductive and menstrual health education to girls and life skills and mentorship to young people within her community. As the Gender, Wellness and Careers Officer at TAGDev 2.0, she is responsible for overseeing delivery of gender, wellness and careers services by supporting institutional systems to focus on safeguards and gender inclusiveness. Mary is driven to be part of the change that young men and women can make in our country and continent, especially in the field of agriculture.
