Kipkogei Chemitei is an Associate Program Officer with the TAGDev 2.0 Program at the University of Eldoret. He holds a Master’s and Bachelor's degree in Microbiology and has a strong background in agricultural innovation, entrepreneurship development, and youth capacity building. He previously served as an Assistant Coordinator in the ENABLE-Youth Kenya Program, where he supported business incubation efforts in the agriculture sector. His work included training youth in mushroom cultivation and spawn production, as well as providing technical support to agribusiness startups. Chemitei has also been instrumental in the administration of the Venture for Change program, a social entrepreneurship initiative for undergraduate students, where he has served for over five years. His responsibilities have included coordinating student recruitment, facilitating training, and coaching student-led ventures to develop viable, impact-driven enterprises.
